Besides reminders and appointments, Bookings can also be made via the Vocotext app. Merchants now do not need to create their own app and bookings system, instead they can make full use of the already extensive back end service that is running in Vocotext.

Data collected with this system is priceless and allows for easier reviewing of consistent Booking slots as well as cancellations. In this way a Merchant is able to gauge on the success or popularity of their products and/or services and tweak where need be.
